Today I felt like spinach and in the fridge I had a pack of chicken legs. Here is a recipe that I came out with.


  • 1 large onion
  • 8 pieces boneless skinless chicken legs
  • 5 big potatoes
  • 1 pack of frozen spinach
  • 250ml sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Carry spice
  • Salt
  • Oil

Fry onion in pan with oil and add boneless skinless chicken pieces cut in quarters. Fry them a little from both sides and add carry spice. Fry a bit more and put all in a baking tray. Add sliced potatoes.

Defrosted spinach mix with sour cream, 2 eggs and salt. Pour the spinach mixture over the chicken and potatoes.

Bake on 180°C for about 50 minutes.

To make the bake more interesting for children I’ve added buttered pasta on side.
